Big Bass Amazon Xtreme — slot review and demo

Fishing on the Amazon with new symbols

Big Bass Amazon Xtreme uses a grid of 5 reels and 10 paylines. The theme takes the player to the world's longest river: the familiar fishing symbols are updated, and wins are paid for matching combinations on active lines. Minimum bet is 0.01, maximum is 2.5.

Bonus round with choice of mechanics

The key feature of the slot is the super function, where the player themselves influences the course of the free spins. Before the bonus round begins, you need to choose six different modifiers: they can add more fish to the reels, increase the number of fishermen, start the round immediately from the second level, and apply other enhancements. Fishermen in the game are the key to multiplier growth: the more of them on screen, the higher the catch potential. This choice mechanic sets Amazon Xtreme apart from previous instalments in the series.

RTP and characteristics

The return to player percentage is 96.07% — a standard value for Pragmatic Play slots. Volatility in Big Bass series games is usually high: wins form less frequently, but can be substantial thanks to multipliers in the bonus round. You can check the RTP version for a specific operator in the game rules section (paytable). Other Pragmatic Play slots are available in a separate catalogue.

Demo version without registration

You can try Big Bass Amazon Xtreme for free right on this page — demo mode works without registration or deposit, using virtual credits. It's a convenient way to explore the bonus round and understand how the choice modifiers work. In Ukraine, demo is available to everyone, while real money play is legal only with operators holding a PlayCity licence (from age 21). Casinos from the rating operate under offshore licences and do not have such permission.
