IZZI Casino Review — Licence, Games and Bonuses

IZZI is an offshore online casino licensed by the Curaçao regulator, with a catalogue of slots and live games as well as a bonus programme. Players from Ukraine should understand: this site does not hold a licence from the State Agency PlayCity, so it is considered illegal in the country and subject to blocking. Since July 2026, the Agency has blocked over 9,500 illegal sites and continues its work. Playing on offshore platforms means no protection from the Ukrainian regulator, risks when transferring money, and tax obligations to the State Tax Service.

Operator and Licence

According to the official Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate, the casino is operated by Carrer N.V., registered at Seru Loraweg 17C, Willemstad, Curaçao. Licence number OGL/2024/570/0396, issued on 04.06.2025, status at the time of verification — Active. The payment agent is LARTIM LIMITED, Cyprus. The Curaçao licence is issued to offshore operators and does not imply legality in Ukraine.

Ukrainian Law No. 768-IX of 14 July 2020 legalised gambling in the country, but only with a Ukrainian licence. From 1 April 2025, the regulator became the State Agency PlayCity, subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Transformation. As of December 2025, PlayCity's register listed 30 online casinos, of which 8 had their licences revoked and 2 suspended. All casinos in the independent site ranking operate with offshore licences and are not in the Ukrainian register. Winnings from a licensed local operator are subject to 18% personal income tax plus 5% military levy — a total of 23% withheld by the operator as a tax agent. With a foreign casino there is no such agent, and you must declare your income yourself.

Games and Providers

The catalogue includes slots from studios such as Endorphina, Belatra, BGaming, 1spin4win and others. Titles include Crown Coins and Burning Coins 40 from Endorphina, Mummyland Treasures and Blast the Bass from Belatra, IZZI Art Bonus Buy, Bonanza Billion Xtreme and Snoop Dogg Dollars from BGaming, and Mega Booming Fruits from 1spin4win. Some machines are available in demo mode, which is useful for getting familiar with the mechanics without a deposit.

The live games section includes roulette and blackjack, including Live Roulette, Auto Roulette Arctic and Live Roulette X5000 from the provider LiveVegas. The list of available tables, their betting limits and rules should be checked directly when opening the game. The operator's partner showcase claims over a hundred providers, but we have not tested the exact number of games or their distribution by category. If you are interested in specific slots or providers, check availability through the search or filters on the casino site. Read more about genres in the sections slots, live casino and crash games.

Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements

The casino card shows a 100% bonus plus 50 free spins. The public pages of the site display several different offers at the same time, so you should not expect a universal package for all new accounts. Before activation, you need to clarify the minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, wagering base — bonus alone or deposit plus bonus — and the wagering requirement multiplier. These parameters determine the volume of bets you will have to place before withdrawing winnings.

The general bonus policy sets a 72-hour period for a cash bonus and 24 hours until activation plus 72 hours after activation for free spins. Cancelling a bonus voids not only its amount but also any associated winnings. Bets on jackpots do not count towards wagering requirements, and playing in Risk Mode with an active bonus is prohibited. Each slot may have its own percentage contribution to the wagering requirement — this information is stated in the promotion rules. If you plan to play only at weekends, do not activate a short-term promotion in advance: unfulfilled conditions within 72 hours will result in the bonus expiring. More examples of bonus mechanics can be found in the article welcome bonuses.

Payments and Currencies for Players from Ukraine

The operator's partner page displays logos for Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. This is a list of possible methods, not a guarantee of availability of each one for Ukrainian users. The exact list of payment instruments, minimum and maximum amounts, deposit times and withdrawal processing times should be checked in your personal account after registration.

Ukrainian licensed operators are required by law to accept funds only through bank accounts in hryvnia. Offshore casinos often use transfers to cards of individuals, intermediaries or cryptocurrency. The National Bank of Ukraine, from 1 October 2024, limited P2P transfers between individuals to 150,000 hryvnia per month — exceeding this is only possible with proof of income. Banks monitor transactions with gaming MCC code 7995 and may reject payments to unlicensed sites. Risks include card blocking, bank refusal to process, and inability to recover funds through the Ukrainian regulator. A rouble account means conversion on deposit and withdrawal, with the rate and commission set by the operator or processor. Details about methods can be found in the sections Ukrainian bank cards and hryvnia casinos.

Mobile Version and Application

The site interface includes a download link for Android. We have not tested the installation or operation of the application, so we cannot confirm its presence in the official Google Play store, its functionality or stability. The web version of the casino is adapted for smartphone and tablet screens, allowing you to play via browser without installing additional software. If you prefer native applications, check with support about the availability of iOS versions and the validity of the Android file link.

Player Support and Contacts

Support operates via online chat on the site and email. The contact address is given on the official page; we have not tested response times. The partner showcase claims round-the-clock operation, but the speed of response in the Russian-language chat and the availability of Ukrainian localisation need to be verified in practice. The site interface is available in several languages, including English. If a payout dispute arises, remember: the Ukrainian regulator PlayCity does not consider complaints about offshore casinos, so the only course is to contact the operator itself and, if necessary, the Curaçao regulator.

Legal Status and Risks for Ukrainian Players

Law No. 4116-IX, signed on 4 January 2025 and entering into force on 1 April 2025, abolished the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries and transferred functions to the new agency PlayCity. The regulator maintains an open register of licensed operators and actively blocks illegal sites. Playing on an offshore platform does not entail criminal liability for the player, but deprives you of the protection of Ukrainian law: in the event of refusal to pay or account blocking, you will not be able to turn to local authorities. In addition, the bank may block your card for transfers to an illegal operator, and the tax service has the right to require you to declare your winnings and pay 23% tax. Read more about the legal regime in the article Ukrainian licence.

Editorial Rating

The expert rating of IZZI casino in the independent ranking is 8 points out of 10 according to the site methodology. Pros: active Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate with verifiable number and operator, recognisable studios in the catalogue, demo mode available for some slots, separate live games section, published support contacts and bonus policy with stated timeframes. Cons: contradictions between the saved bonus and public banners, lack of confirmed wagering requirements and payment limits for Ukrainian players, illegal status in Ukraine and risk of blocking by internet providers. The material was prepared by an independent author based on open sources; deposit and withdrawal were not tested.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does IZZI hold a Ukrainian PlayCity licence?

No, the casino operates under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and is not in the Ukrainian regulator PlayCity's register. In Ukraine, such sites are considered illegal and subject to blocking.

What welcome bonus does the casino offer?

The card shows a 100% bonus plus 50 free spins, but several other offers appear on the public pages at the same time. Specific terms — amount, wagering requirement, period and wagering base — should be checked in the rules of the selected promotion before activation.

Can you play at IZZI from Ukraine?

Technically access is possible, but the PlayCity agency blocks illegal sites, and banks may reject transfers to offshore operators. Playing on such platforms deprives you of protection from the Ukrainian regulator and creates risks when withdrawing funds.

What payment methods are available for players from Ukraine?

The site displays logos for Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. The exact list of methods, minimum amounts and processing times should be checked at the cashier after registration.

Is there a mobile app?

The interface includes a download link for Android. We have not tested the app, so we cannot confirm its functionality. The web version of the site is adapted for smartphones and tablets.

Do you need to pay tax on winnings?

Yes. Licensed Ukrainian operators withhold 23% automatically. When playing with a foreign operator, the obligation to declare income and pay taxes rests with the player — check details with the State Tax Service.
