Book Of Cats — slot review and demo

Egyptian theme with a cat goddess in the lead role

Book Of Cats is built around the cult of the goddess Bastet — one of the central figures in Egyptian mythology, patron of the sun, moon and mysteries. In the slot she reveals the bright side of her nature, turning the pages of a magical golden book and opening the way to ancient riches. Provider BGaming focuses on the mystical atmosphere of the festival in honour of Bastet — a celebration of love, passion and fertility.

Expanding symbols and bonus buy

In the base game, a random symbol is selected in the sixth cell and becomes expanding in the free spins round — it occupies three positions on the reel. The golden book acts as both scatter and wild: three or more books trigger the bonus round with 10 free spins. Additional free spins can be retriggered if three scatters land again. There is a Buy Bonus feature — purchasing the free spins round directly. After any win in the base game, a Gamble round is available: guess the colour or suit of a face-down card to double your win.

96.99% RTP and high volatility

The slot runs on six reels with 10 paylines. RTP is 96.99%, volatility is high, meaning rare but large wins. The maximum multiplier reaches x8202 the bet. Bet range is from 0.01 to 1.
