Le Bandit — slot review and demo

Night-time Paris and a raccoon with a crowbar

Le Bandit takes you to the underside of city life in the French capital, where the main character is a raccoon called Smokey, making a living from pickpocketing and harbouring a weakness for leprechaun hats. Hacksaw Gaming chose an unconventional approach: instead of glamorous views, you get night-time streets; instead of romance, bandit aesthetics. The 6×5 grid with cascades and cluster pays creates dynamic mechanics where each spin can stretch into a series of consecutive wins.

Golden Squares, coins and pots of luck

Super Cascades work like this: after a win, not only the symbols in the combination disappear, but all matching ones on screen, making way for new ones. Each position of a winning symbol is marked with a Golden Square. If a Rainbow lands on the same spin, the squares activate and receive values: bronze coins from 0.2x to 4x, silver from 5x to 20x, gold up to 500x. Four-leaf clovers multiply adjacent cells by 2x–10x, and Pot of Gold symbols collect all coin values and other pots on screen, activating from top to bottom and left to right. After collection, squares can trigger again, launching a new cycle.

Three bonus free spins rounds

Luck of the Bandit is triggered by three FS symbols in the base game. Here, Golden Squares remain highlighted between spins until activated by a Rainbow. Two FS symbols add 2 spins, three add another 3. Four FS symbols take you into All That Glitters Is Gold mode with 12 free spins: squares remain active throughout the entire round and trigger every time a Rainbow appears. Five FS symbols grant access to Treasure at the End of the Rainbow—12 spins with a guaranteed Rainbow on every spin. This mode cannot be bought through the menu, only triggered naturally. There's also a BonusHunt FeatureSpins™ function that increases bonus chances fivefold for triple the bet.
