Power of Thor Megaways — slot review and demo

Megaways mechanics and 117,649 ways to win

Power of Thor Megaways runs on six reels with a variable number of symbols on each spin — this gives up to 117,649 ways to form a winning combination. The Megaways format means that reel height changes randomly, and winning symbols disappear with a cascade of new ones taking their place.

Thor's hammer and bonus features

The main symbol — Thor's hammer — appears horizontally on the top row and turns all symbols beneath it into Wilds. To activate free spins you need to collect the letters T-H-O-R on the screen — the thunder god's name is formed from scatter symbols. In Free Spins mode a multiplier works that grows with each cascade, boosting payouts through a chain of consecutive wins.

96.55% RTP and bet range

The slot is set to 96.55% RTP — an average return rate for Pragmatic Play games. Minimum bet is 0.2, maximum is 100, which suits different strategies. Volatility is high: large payouts occur less frequently than in low-variance slots. You can check the full paytable and rules in the Paytable section inside the game.

Demo version without registration

You can test the slot mechanics for free — the demo version is available on this page, above the text. You can play with virtual credits without registration or deposit, which is convenient for those who want to study multiplier behaviour and free spins frequency. Other Pragmatic Play slots are also available in demo mode. If you decide to play for money — you can compare operator terms in the online casino rating.
