Mighty Masks — slot review and demo

Mighty Masks Theme and Design

The slot takes you to the African savanna, but this isn't your typical safari. The central element is mysterious masks that hide animal symbols. The action unfolds on 5 reels with 20 paylines, and the visual style evokes Serengeti sunsets.

Mask Mechanics and Multiplier Wheel

Mystery Mask symbols reveal regular paying symbols or Wilds. When masks land on three or more reels, they spread downward to the bottom, then reveal themselves. The Nudge Wild symbol triggers the multiplier wheel on the side of the screen—it adds a global multiplier to the entire win for the current spin. The wheel can nudge up to 50 times, progressively increasing the multiplier.

The Serengeti Sunset bonus round is activated by three or more FS symbols in the base game. Inside free spins, Mystery Masks and Nudge Wilds appear more frequently, increasing the chances of big wins. A Bonus Buy option is available for direct entry into the bonus, as well as FeatureSpins modes: BonusHunt increases the probability of triggering free spins, while Masked guarantees at least three masks on every spin.

RTP, Volatility and Bets

The base RTP is 96.3%, which is above market average, but the provider offers versions with 94.2%, 92.26% and 88.38%—check the exact value in the game rules at your operator. Volatility is above average (4 out of 5), with a maximum win of x10000 the bet. The bet range from 0.01 to 5 suits both beginners and experienced players. More games from the studio can be found in the Hacksaw Gaming slots catalogue.
