Pray for Three — slot review and demo

Dark theme and atmosphere of Pray for Three

The Pray for Three slot immerses you in a dark world where saints have long lost their halos and angels cannot remain pure. Hacksaw Gaming chose horror and Halloween motifs, which is clear from the title and description: 'Saints they were not, and angels they could never remain'. The 5-reel game is built around the Wheel of Sin mechanic — a wheel that becomes the centre of all bonus events.

Wheel of Sin and Prayer Hand symbols in Pray for Three

The slot mechanics are tied to the Total Win Bar — a bar that accumulates wins per spin — and the Wheel of Sin, located outside the grid. The wheel consists of three sections: the first and second can reveal additive multipliers (from 2x to 333x), the second can also give multiplying ones (from x2 to x33), and the third only multiplying. The wheel is activated by the Prayer Hand symbol, which appears on a win and shows a number from 1 to 3 — that many sections will open. Divine Prayer Hand immediately activates all three sections. Multipliers are added from left to right, and the result is multiplied by the amount in the Total Win Bar. Wild substitutes for any symbol in the paytable.

Three bonus rounds: Wicked Ways, Living on a Prayer and Flames of Fortune

Pray for Three has three levels of free spins. Wicked Ways is triggered by three FS scatters and gives 10 spins with increased probability of Prayer Hand and Wild. Living on a Prayer (four scatters, 10 spins) adds more Divine Prayer Hand; regular Prayer Hand does not appear in it. Flames of Fortune (five scatters) guarantees one Divine Prayer Hand on every spin and even more Wild symbols. FS scatters in bonus rounds can only appear on reels 1, 3 and 5 — one per reel.
