Twisted Lab — slot review and demo

Mr Melker's mad laboratory

Twisted Lab takes you into the laboratory of a mad scientist, where Mr Melker and his rat assistant Pat brew up secret Hacksaw Gaming recipes. The Halloween theme is mixed with alchemy: test tubes with bubbling ooze, smoke and formulas on the board. The 5×5 grid runs on 19 fixed paylines, and high volatility (4 out of 5) plus 96.33% RTP suits those ready to wait for big combinations.

RotoGrid and coloured ooze with multipliers

The special RotoGrid™ symbol can land with a charge of 1 to 4 spins — each charge rotates the entire grid 90° clockwise. If there are Oozing Beakers on the grid, they smash during rotation and the ooze drips down, turning positions into wild symbols. Purple ooze carries no multipliers, blue adds ×2 to ×100, pink multiplies ×2 to ×10. When ooze of different colours mixes, multipliers add up, and when blue and pink mix they form green ooze with a multiplying effect.

Two bonus modes

Three FS scatters trigger Unleash the Ooze! — 10 free spins with increased frequency of RotoGrid™ symbols and beakers. The second mode, The Twist of the Twisted!, works differently: only Twister symbols (blue and pink) appear on the grid with four multipliers on each, plus Collect symbols and RotoGrid™. Blue twisters spin when RotoGrid™ lands, pink ones spin on every spin and additionally when the grid rotates. The Collector symbol gathers all current multiplier values. The bonus lives on three lives, which refill when new twisters or collectors appear; when lives run out without refilling, all accumulated multipliers are summed and multiplied by the bet. Maximum win of 15,000x is available in either mode.
