The English version of a casino: when terms are worth checking against it
In short: in Ukraine you don’t need English for everyday play — a legal operator is obliged to provide everything in Ukrainian. But there is one area where English text remains the primary source: game rules, paytables and slot mechanics are written by international providers, so any Ukrainian description there is already a translation. What the English version does not change
A few things are worth separating, because they get confused regularly.

Language requirements. English may be additional, but not instead of Ukrainian: a site serving Ukrainians is obliged to operate in the state language and to load in it by default. If Ukrainian has been “replaced” by English, that is already a violation.

That is a normal situation, and there is no disaster in it. With a legal Ukrainian operator all critical information must be in Ukrainian, so English is needed at most for the description of a specific game.
