GIZBO Online Casino Review | Licence, Games and Bonuses 2026

GIZBO is an online casino with cyberpunk design and two characters: Eva handles bonuses, Max covers sports betting. The project combines casino and sportsbook platforms, offering slots, live games, crash formats and instant games. This review examines the licence, provider catalogue, bonus programme, payment methods and legal position for readers from Ukraine.

Licence and Legal Status in Ukraine

GIZBO is operated by GALAKTIKA N.V., registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, registration number 140803. The casino claims a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. The payment agent is Unionstar Limited (registration number HE356131, Cyprus).

In Ukraine, gambling is regulated by Law No. 768-IX of 14 July 2020 and Law No. 4116-IX, which came into force on 1 April 2025. The state agency PlayCity maintains the register of licensed operators. GIZBO does not hold a PlayCity licence and is considered unlicensed in Ukraine. According to the head of PlayCity in July 2026, the agency has blocked more than 9,500 illegal sites and their mirrors.

Players from Ukraine should understand: unlicensed operators do not provide the protections of the Ukrainian regulator, and payments via personal cards or cryptocurrency carry risks of card blocking, bank refusal and loss of funds. Responsibility for participating in games on unlicensed sites lies with the player. This site does not encourage bypassing blocks and does not recommend playing on unlicensed platforms.

Game Catalogue and Providers

GIZBO works with providers including Endorphina, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil, Gamomat, Playson and Pragmatic Play. Example games mentioned include Baron Samedi, Scales of Dead, Riders of the Storm and Folsom Prison. The catalogue includes sections for slots, live casino, crash games and instant formats.

The studio name matters more than the total number of games, since regional availability of titles may vary. Before registering, check the availability and settings of specific slots in your account. Providers use their own RNG mechanisms and RTP, but we have not verified independent certificates for all games at this casino.

Live Games and Other Formats

The live games section features tables with live dealers. GIZBO also offers crash formats and instant games, popular with players seeking an alternative to classic slots. Check the casino site after registration for exact table names and live-section providers.

Bonus Programme: €150 + 250 FS

Our listing shows a bonus of €150 + 250 free spins for GIZBO. The casino's public page describes a different structure across three deposits: first — 150% up to €300 (minimum €20), second — up to 480 free spins at €0.20 (from 30FS for €20 to 480FS for €240), third — 50% up to €150 (minimum €20). This does not confirm the terms of the package in our card.

For the €150 + 250FS offer, separately clarify the deposit breakdown, wagering requirement, playthrough period, spin value, maximum bet and game contribution. Do not carry over x40 wagering from other promotions or mix terms from different bonuses. Read the rules in a language you understand well: English, Ukrainian or Polish versions may be available.

Regular Promotions and Status System

GIZBO offers a reload bonus of up to 50%/€200 or 135 free spins with x40 wagering requirement. A status system operates: STARTER, EXPLORER, MASTER, LEGEND. For every €20 deposited, the player earns 1 status point. Points are not exchangeable for cash but affect privileges.

Cashback is paid on Tuesdays, the amount ranges from 4% to 10% depending on status, wagering requirement varies: x10 for STARTER, x5 for EXPLORER and x3 for the rest. Cashback is a bonus with conditions, not a refund of all losses. Tournaments such as Spinergy Run credit prizes within 24 hours of a stage; prizes from these tournaments have no wagering requirement but are converted to the account currency at the casino's rate.

Payment Methods for Players from Ukraine

GIZBO states support for cards, e-wallets and Bitcoin. The site footer displays badges for Neteller, Skrill, MiFinity and cryptocurrency. Specific methods depend on the country of registration and account currency. For Ukraine, relevant currencies are the hryvnia (UAH), US dollar, euro and Polish zloty if you live in Poland.

Licensed Ukrainian operators accept funds only via bank accounts in hryvnia; cash via terminals, cryptocurrency and e-wallets are not permitted by law. Unlicensed sites often operate through person-to-person card transfers or intermediaries and cryptocurrency. Risks of this approach: card blocking by the bank, payment cancellation, non-return of funds, transfer limit (the NBU from 1 October 2024 capped outgoing card transfers between individuals at 150,000 hryvnia per month). Banks track transactions with gaming MCC code 7995 and may reject payments to unlicensed sites.

Withdrawal limits, fees and crediting times are set by the operator and can be found in the cashier after logging in. If your account currency differs from your gaming account currency, double conversion with exchange-rate loss may occur. Read more about methods in the sections: Ukrainian bank cards, Bitcoin, hryvnia.

Mobile Version and Technical Support

GIZBO describes access from iOS and Android devices. The site has a download button for Android, but we have not verified the presence of an official app in the App Store or Google Play. The mobile version opens in a browser and supports core functions: deposit, withdrawal, game catalogue.

Technical support is stated as available 24/7 via email, online chat and Telegram. Quality of responses and waiting time can only be assessed after contact. Support language is English; Ukrainian localisation may not be available in all channels.

Responsible Gambling and Taxes

GIZBO states a self-exclusion policy, but we have not verified the exact procedure and account-blocking period. In Ukraine, licensed operators must maintain the Register of Persons Restricted from Participation in Gambling. A self-restriction application is submitted on the PlayCity website (with electronic signature) or in person, term is 6 months to 3 years, early withdrawal of the application is not possible. First-degree relatives may submit an application for temporary restriction.

Unlicensed sites are not obliged to comply with the Ukrainian register, so protection for players with addiction remains at the operator's discretion. Winnings at a licensed casino are subject to 18% personal income tax and 5% military levy (23% total while the increased levy is in force); the licensee acts as tax agent. Players on unlicensed sites must independently declare income to the State Tax Service.

Advantages and Disadvantages of GIZBO

The casino's advantages include cyberpunk design, variety of providers (Hacksaw Gaming, Yggdrasil, Pragmatic Play), status system with clear points, regular promotions (reload, cashback, tournaments) and presence of a sportsbook section. The Curaçao licence is confirmed in the CGA register.

Disadvantages: absence of PlayCity licence for Ukraine, risk of site blocking by the regulator, unconfirmed terms of the €150 + 250FS bonus from our card, dependence of payment methods on region and risks when using person-to-person transfers. Specific withdrawal limits, fees, verification times and KYC/AML requirements should be clarified in the casino rules and cashier.
